FAN OF THE WEEK: Patricia Huber

This week, we'd like to bequeath our prestigious, legendary Fan Of The Week award to our longtime fan Patricia Huber.

Pat lives here in Portland, and does many of the fanly things that fans do.  She owns practically every piece of merchandise we sell.  She calls her family in Nebraska and tells them to go to our shows when we play there, or she'll disown them.  Pat has even missed her boyfriend's band's concerts to attend ours a couple of times.  (Considering his band is actually better than ours, this is quite the fanly decision on her part.)

Pat, however, sets herself apart from the rest by one thing.

Cookies!

White chocolate macadamia.  Snickerdoodle.  Butterscotch chip.  There's nothing like finishing a concert only to come offstage and find out that Pat has done it again:  she's snuck in fresh-baked cookies, made to her exacting standards.  And they're all ours.

With our respective mothers each over 1,000 miles away, few have stepped up to fill their void and take care of our collective sweet tooth the way that Patricia Huber has.  And that is why she is our Fan Of The Week.
